RE-OPENING GUIDELINES HERE AT GANESHA

  

Hello Yogis! 

Most of you have heard the good news, we are opening our doors again this Monday, May 18th!  There will be a few guidelines and stipulations to abide by all of the regulations our Governor has given us.  Of course we will be doing everything on our end to keep our yoga space clean and safe for you!!! Otherwise, just a few changes for the time being.

We will have limited class size of 10 people. This gives ample space for each yogi to have the required 6 foot distance from one another. 

We do recognize that some people may not feel comfortable participating in group classes or leaving their homes right now, and given the limited space capacity we will still be offering online zoom classes so everyone can maintain their practice.

Below is a checklist of what will be required for us to be able to open our doors safely and make sure everyone is taken care of.

  1. Must pre register via Mindbody app to reserve your spot.  If you have issues with this,  you must call or email Sarah at least two hours prior to class- we will get you signed in to the class you wish to attend.
  2. Once the class has been filled, you will be added to a waitlist immediately. Everyone on the waitlist will be sent the zoom ID number prior to class .
  3. If you are one of our yogis wishing to maintain an AT HOME PRACTICE ONLY, and not wishing to join any IN STUDIO classes, please email us directly IMMEDIATELY and we will make it work.
  4. If you have made a reservation and are NOT able to attend, you are required to cancel BY 12PM  NOONTIME prior to evening classes and BY MIDNIGHT  the night before for AM classes, to make space for those waiting.  If you do not, you will be charged a $10 NO SHOW FEE, no exceptions. We want to make sure EVERYONE that wishes to join the group classes has the opportunity to. 
  5. Doors will open 10 mins prior to class start time to maintain social distancing rules, and to respect everyone’s space.
  6. We will be starting class 5 mins past time, per usual, however once the door is locked no one will be allowed in, please be on time, NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  7. All yogis must bring their own TOWELS AND MATS (both are required). There will be no rentals during this time. Please bring your own light weights if desired for our Power Tone class.  Water and coconut water will still be available for purchase.
