NEW STUDENTS please arrive 10 minutes before your first class for sign-up & orientation.
Classes start 5 minutes late every day. Please be at the studio by this time or you may be locked out.
Beginning and advanced students welcome, no prior experience necessary.
Bring or wear light form-fitting clothing.
Bring a bottle of water, yoga mat and large towel. Mat/Towel Rentals are $2 each. Water and Coconut Water are available for purchase at the desk.
Come well hydrated and on an empty stomach.
